Jenna in NYC: Super exciting, tiring day!

After many weeks of waiting today was the day my NYC travels began! A 5am coach from uni to Heathrow was not amazing but we managed to sleep a little! After panicing my best friend Fi was going to miss the plane and the snow was going to stop our trip we finally borded and made our way to the city that never sleeps!!

After a lovely Virgin flight filled with Caia, GU Desserts, films and apple juice we landed at JFK safe and sound and thankfully so did our luggage!

As soon as we landed in the US of A out came our American accents, the most famous line being 'Hi, How are you!?' We were so excited to try them out but the security guards scared us too much and dont have any photos of this as we got told off for taking them!!

When I was on the coach to the hotel the sky looked so beautiful and it was really strange to see so many houses on the 'free ways' but it was so exciting going over the bridge to NYC and seeing everything lit up! I found it really overwhelming when we got in to the city as the buildings were just towering over you and the air was so different! But exciting non the less!

After dragging our (massive) suitcases to the truthfully dingy hotel room and re arranging the room so our beds were nice and close we got all wrapped up and dashed out to the city! We ended up in Ruby Tuesday's eating massive burgers true America style (maybe not New York!)
